Aerospace precision manufacturing

Precision Aerospace Spacers & CNC Machined Components Made to Drawing

SpacerMFG manufactures custom precision spacers, sleeves, standoffs, bushings, and turned components for aerospace, defense, and high-reliability industrial applications.

We work directly from customer 2D prints and 3D CAD models, delivering exact tolerances, verified material traceability, and consistent batch-to-batch repeatability from prototype to volume production.

Precision aerospace machined components

Engineering control

Dimensional control built for aerospace hardware

Aerospace assemblies demand tight dimensional control to maintain structural integrity, prevent stack-up errors, and withstand operational vibration. A deviation of only a few microns can affect load distribution, wear, or assembly performance.

Typical surface requirement

Ra 0.8 µm / 32 µin or better

Controlled surface roughness helps minimize stress concentration points and improve fatigue life.

01

Concentricity & perpendicularity

Parallel mating surfaces eliminate point-loading on fasteners, bearings, and structural frames.

02

Burr-free edges

Internal and external burrs are removed under magnification to prevent particulate contamination.

03

Stack-up management

Precision-ground thickness maintains fastener preload and eliminates dynamic play in linkages.

04

Drawing-driven production

Custom dimensions, tolerances, surface finishes, and geometric features are produced to specification.

CNC machining capabilities

From micro-standoffs to structural spacer sleeves

Dedicated CNC turning and milling centers process high-strength aluminum alloys, stainless steel, titanium, brass, and high-performance engineering plastics for prototypes, low-volume runs, and repeat production.
