Production methods
CNC turning and milling for tight-tolerance parts
Our production floor handles complex geometries and specific surface finishes required for assembly hardware.
CNC Turning
We produce cylindrical components including shafts, collars, and sleeves. OD and ID threading, chamfering, and grooving can be completed in a single setup where possible to maintain concentricity. This helps spacers seat properly without binding or misalignment.
CNC Milling
Milling centers provide the precision needed for brackets, blocks, and custom-profiled spacers with pockets, slots, and counterbores. Parts are produced to match your CAD data, from simple flats to complex stepped profiles.
Production-ready finishing
Secondary processing built into your workflow
A spacer is only as good as its final surface condition. We integrate secondary operations so components arrive ready for the assembly line.
Grinding
Used to achieve tight tolerances on OD and length.
Deburring
Creates smooth edges to prevent interference during installation.
Surface Treatment
Anodizing, passivation, nickel or zinc plating, and black oxide are available for improved corrosion resistance and identification.
Laser Marking
Part numbers and identification codes can be marked directly onto components.
Application support
Select the right component for your application
Material and geometry choices affect the long-term reliability of your equipment. We manufacture to your specifications and review tolerances and material selections against your cost and performance targets.
